The provincial administration announced Banteay Meanchey will host the Water Festival from 11 – 12 September 2023 along Serei Saophoan River behind National Meanchey University.

During the celebrations, there will be a display of local products and the achievements of provincial administrations, and there will be a concert and various events at Meanchey Park.
